INTRODUCING....
Journey to Joy™
We will meet and meditate every day, daily, for 21 days. For the first week there will be a lesson, exercise or practice followed by a group meditation.
The next week we will anchor our practice in group meditation. Each session will be recorded, and course materials will be available offline.
You will also be part of a community to answer questions, share materials and for mutual support. You will also receive a 1x1 coaching sessions.
The course is structured to optimize an established a daily meditation practice.
It's more than a course...it's an experience.
When I started my daily practice in 2007, my mindset was such that even when good things happened, even when I achieved my goals, even when I received accolades and money, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was waiting for the disaster to happen. I was waiting for something to go wrong.
The freedom that I desired was freedom from my own mind. The suffering that I was experiencing was created by my mindset. Meditation has given me the freedom of choice. The freedom to choose where to place my focus. The freedom to choose which thoughts I want to reinforce. I could choose the feelings I want to experience and the stories I want to give weight.

Here's the line-up:
Week 1: Breathe
You will be introduced to the 7 Keys to Mediation. There will be a lesson, exercise or practice followed by a group meditation. In this first you will learn everything you need to know to establish a daily practice.
AT THE END OF THIS WEEK, YOU'LL KNOW:
- The 7 Keys to Meditation.
- Exercises to master the fundamental elements.
- You have an established, daily practice.
Week 2: Ground
The next week we will anchor our practice in group meditation.
Each session will be recorded, and course materials will be available offline.
You will have become part of a community.
AT THE END OF THIS WEEK, YOU'LL KNOW:
- You are grounded in the foundational keys.
- You are supported by community.
- You can connect with your body with a single breath.
Week 3: Deepen
This week we will deepen our practice in group meditation.
Individual coaching will enable you to fine tune your meditation practice.
Community reflection will allow you to see your growth.
AT THE END OF THIS WEEK, YOU'LL KNOW:
- You have an established mediation practice.
- You have recordings, resources and tools to review as desired.
- You can maintain a daily meditation practice on your own.

Video Recordings
You will have access to Videos of the training, exercises and guided meditations to review and reference as often as you desire.
Reference Workbook
You will be given a reference workbook that provides written descriptions of the 7 Keys of Meditation, practices and exercises.
Community

But my mindset was such that even when good things happened, even when I achieved my goals, even when I received accolades and money, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was waiting for the disaster to happen. I was waiting for something to go wrong. The freedom that I desired was freedom from my own mind. I have found that the spiritual tools that resonate with me include breath, visualization, and moving energy at their essential core. I am passionate about teaching and holding space for people to transform and heal themselves.

We encourage you to commit to attending every session, but each session is recorded. So you will be able to review what taught when you can review the session.
We develop our ability to focus and choose where we focus by redirecting back to focus during meditation. So your wandering mind is an opportunity to develop your focal superpowers.
We will meet you where you are and make accommodations to facilitate you starting your daily mediation practice. We welcome practitioners at all levels.
I have been teaching groups of meditators for over a decade and consistently get the feedback that someone was unable to meditate previously, but was able to do it within the container. It is those people who inspire me to teach meditation.
